Corporate Private Sector financing: creating dependency or sustainability?

How corporate and publicly funded development partnerships apply innovations and add value in service delivery. Public sector grant management that includes channelling of aid through private sector organizations will also be examined. What is the rationale for engaging private sector stakeholders as funders or portfolio managers? How can private sector partners enhance the capacity of development partners beyond financial resources?
