The importance of understanding - and supporting - the transformative points of change that can create, retain and sustain capacities critical to the achievement and safeguarding of development results has been key to our work in 2011. The publication presents a ‘recap’ of how the APRC Capacity Development Team provided capacity development services to Country Offices and to the Practices, and through them to national clients. The impetus to do more with less in 2011 saw a renewed focus on development and CD results.
